Cooperation

GALP sustainable coast is open to any kind of collaborative work with other GALP or other international entities. Cooperation is the best formula to get the global objectives we have marked.

Any proposal for collaboration will be well received.

MARGALAICA

PROJECT CARRIED OUT WITH THE SUPPORT OF THE EU.
Programa de Cooperación para la potenciación del turismo ‘mariñeiro’ común para toda Galicia a través del Club MarGalaica. El objetivo es integrar toda la oferta de la costa gallega a través de tres herramientas principales:

  • Creación del itinerario de ‘touring’ de la costa de Galicia.
  • Integración de la oferta de servicios turísticos, con empresas adheridas y comprometidas con las normas de calidad del Club.
  • Integración, a través del sello Km. 0 MarGalaica, de restaurantes que ofrecen en sus cartas productos del marisqueo y de la pesca costera artesanal.

El programa incluye diversas acciones de creación y promoción del que pretende ser el gran producto de turismo alternativo de la costa de Galicia. Se continúa así el trabajo realizado en años anteriores con una nueva estrategia de colaboración con otros GALP para conseguir una oferta homogénea y competitiva a nivel autonómico.

El proyecto Morada Atlántica tiene como finalidad potenciar la cooperación y la transferencia de conocimiento de los territorios costeros del arco atlántico (España, Portugal, Francia, Reino Unido e Irlanda), a través de la configuración de nuevos productos turísticos sostenibles que permitan diversificar y desestacionalizar la oferta turística, aprovechando el acervo marinero como elemento de identidad y de autenticidad singular.

PROJECT CARRIED OUT WITH THE SUPPORT OF THE EU.
A circuit that, between Ribadeo and A Guarda, runs through all the lighthouses, ports, fish markets, tourist activities, hotels with charm and, of course, the best restaurants to taste the fish and seafood of our sea. A project of the Local Action Groups of the Fishing Sector of Galicia (GALP) and its tourist brand MarGalaica.

Morada Atlántica + Espacio Atlántico tries to constitute an Atlantic entity that defines the conditions in which a series of differentiating products can be grouped, typical of these regions (gastronomy and marine culture) that are associated with a singular and common territory and a producing culture common and climatic conditions, also common. The joint work allows by value aspects such as the obtaining of sea products, very similar aspect in all the territories of the Atlantic Arc, contributing therefore to maintain a cultural and natural heritage that enjoys the greatest guarantees in traceability and hygiene sanitary.

One of the main challenges to achieve is to increase the number of visitors through the development of new tourism products that have gastronomy as a common denominator. It will seek to value from traditional recipes to local products, products of Designation of Origin, Kitchen Km0, etc, which will include not only the set of foods or dishes typical of a territory, but will encompass a much broader concept in the which will include the food customs, traditions, processes, people and lifestyles that are defined around the tables.

Mar de Velas is a Cooperation Project for the elaboration of a strategic plan that allows the management of the varied offer of traditional vessels, establishing a model of exploitation of them oriented to the tourist market, as well as a model of organization and management that allows to house them in traditional marinas and give rise to the birth of a network of traditional navies. The realization of this strategic plan will allow the materialization of the same by the different associations linked to the maritime and fluvial heritage.
